What is Fexco MBSC?
The Fexco Managed Business Solutions Centre is an operations centre with particular focus on fast mobilisation and maximising productivity through the use of the multi-channel technology platform, campaign management and knowledge management tools. As well as operating as an area to support standalone campaigns and pilots, this area also supports overflow and surge requirements for our existing clients. The MBSC supports inbound and outbound contact management across all channels as well as providing end to end document management and administration services.
Campaigns & Pilots
We have significant expertise in the area of pilots and campaign management. We recognise that the key to success in these areas is fast mobilisation. Fexco has a bespoke CRM and campaign management tool which is offered to clients to facilitate their campaigns. Communication methods within the tool include telephone, administration, emails and SMS. This tool also manages news updates, training manuals, conference centre activities, appointment management and case management for the campaign teams. All campaign updates and customer interactions are recorded on the campaign management tool. A queuing system can be utilised within the campaign management tool to manage outbound calls. We can also create customised reports. Scripting is incorporated into the CRM and campaign management tool to ensure consistency and to aid agents.
When designing a new campaign or contact centre, we meet clients to discuss their requirements and to outline the full scope of services we can support. From this Discovery phase, we design the optimum solutions for each client with the primary focus being on security, data protection and compliance.
