Financial technology company Fexco picked up 3 accolades at the Global Contact Centre Association Awards last night, in Glasgow.
The annual Global Contact Centre Association (CCA) Awards recognise companies and industry professionals that have excelled in the delivery of customer contact and customer facing solutions. Hosted last night by the CCA, the professional body for customer service, at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow, the awards welcomed over 400 senior customer service managers and directors from banks, insurers, retailers, mobile operators and central government.
Categories on the night included; Most Effective Use of Social Media, Best Customer Experience Centre, Innovation in Customer Service and Best CX Transformation – Inhouse Technology Solution for which Fexco received the award.
Topping the ‘Best CX Transformation – Inhouse Technology Solution’ category, Fexco’s Managed Business and Solutions Outsourcing (MBSO) division received the award in recognition of their effective voice of the customer programme. The CCA lauded Fexco’s proactive approach in dealing with issues as well as the use of Artificial Intelligence that demonstrates a mature-tech approach.
In another major success for Fexco MBSO, Mary O’Sullivan received the Member of the Year Award recognising her outstanding contribution to Fexco, our clients and indeed the Customer Experience industry.
Fexco also received the Silver Award for its long-term commitment to the CCA, having held the accreditation for 13 years, demonstrating professional commitment of the highest order.
In advance of the awards, the CCA coordinated a two-day industry convention on November 14th and 15th also at the Hilton, Glasgow. The convention, this year themed ‘Customer Experience Reimagined’ provided the opportunity for delegates to share industry expertise and insights with a view to continuously evolving and improving the sector.
