Financial technology company FEXCO will attend the Global Contact Centre Association Awards on Wednesday, 25th November 2015 in the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow. This year, FEXCO’s Managed Business and Solutions Outsourcing (MBSO) division has been nominated for an accolade in recognition of their training programme designed to equip agents with the necessary skills to deliver best in class customer contact services.
Hosted by the Contact Centre Association (CCA), the awards recognise companies and industry professionals that have excelled in the service delivery of customer contact and customer facing solutions. Categories on the night include; Best Customer Experience Centre, Industry Professional of the Year and Most Effective Training Programme for which FEXCO MBSO has been shortlisted.
The CCA have also organised a two-day industry convention which takes place around the awards on November 24th and 25th also in the Hilton, Glasgow. The convention, this year themed ‘Festival of Engagement’ provides the platform and opportunity for over 500 delegates to share industry expertise and insights with a view to continuously evolving and improving the sector.
Attending the convention and awards is a team from FEXCO including Denis Creighton, CEO of FEXCO MBSO.
