Financial technology company Fexco will attend the International Air Transport Association (IATA) third annual symposium on world finance for the airline industry in Singapore from September 20 – 23. The focus of the conference is on building High Performing Financial Organisations, this year adding a fifth strategic pillar aimed at achieving sustained airline financial health.
The World Financial Symposium (WFS) brings together more than 750 financial executives and specialists to share insights, discuss industry challenges and best practices for aviation financial management.
Fexco will have the opportunity to showcase its world class Multi-Currency Pricing (MCP) and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) solutions to the delegates. The solutions offered by Fexco can be particularly beneficial to the airline industry which prices their fares and ancillary services in multiple currencies. Through Fexco’s MCP platform, the airline can offer their fares and ancillary products in multiple currencies with the traveller selecting the currency in which to browse the website and ultimately make payment in. The solution also allows airlines to generate new and leverage existing revenue streams when the margin, normally applied by the travellers own bank and card scheme, is replaced by a guaranteed commission share fully managed by Fexco Treasury.
Again with Fexco DCC, the airline can provide the traveller with a more tailored payment experience. Through card recognition software, international cardholders are offered the choice to pay for flights and ancillary services in their home currency instead of the airline’s default currency while the airline benefits from a risk free solution.
The conference provides a key networking opportunity where Fexco representatives can discuss industry news, matters, advancements and opportunities with partners from across the globe.
We welcome delegates to visit the Fexco stand located at booth 32 in the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore from September 20 – 23. For more information please contact Álvaro Díez, Head of eCommerce Sales at Fexco | email@example.com or +34 628 259 073.
