FEXCO to attend the 2015 annual Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards

Financial technology company FEXCO will attend the annual Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards on Saturday, 14th November 2015 in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Dublin. This year, FEXCO’s Managed Business and Solutions Outsourcing (MBSO) division has been nominated for an accolade in recognition of their use of technology to deliver world class customer facing solutions.

Hosted by the Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA), the awards recognise companies and industry professionals that have excelled in the service delivery of customer contact and customer facing solutions. Categories on the night include; Best Customer Contact Centre, Industry Professional of the Year and Best Use of Technology for which FEXCO MBSO has been shortlisted.

Attending the awards on the night is a team from FEXCO including Eithne O’Farrell, Business Development at FEXCO MBSO.

Commenting ahead of the awards Eithne O’Farrell said, “Events like the Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards are integral to the development of the industry as they recognise innovation and excellence within the sector, compelling individuals and indeed organisations to strive to deliver best in class services.
